This policy explains how BIVRA Aluminum Systems ("BIVRA", "we") processes personal data submitted through bivra-systems.com.

What we collect: the details you enter in our forms (name, email, phone, company, country, delivery location, VAT number and your message or parts list) and basic technical data needed to deliver the website securely.

Why: to answer your request, prepare and send offers, deliver orders and, if you opt in, send occasional product news. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for marketing, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who receives it: our team, and service providers that host the website and deliver email on our behalf, under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.

How long: enquiry and offer data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where accounting law requires it for orders.
